Royal Decree No 7-B-8574 on 17-6- 1418 H.

The script of Decision No (3-6-1417) of the H.E.& U. Council

·         According to the Sixth paragraph in the Article 15 of Higher Education and universities law, which points out that: It is within the duties of H.E.&U. Council to ordain and issue conjoint regulations for universities.

·         And as long as the Unified Regulation for Graduate Studies in Universities is considered as conjoint regulation, and its approval will definitely lead to organize and control all procedures concerning Graduate studies in universities.

·         And after acquaintance of the memorandum of the Secretariat-General of H.E & U Council about this matter, ad also acquaintance of a copy of the proposal of the Unified Regulation for Graduate Studies in Universities.

·         For all above reasons:

"The Higher Education and Universities Council decided to give approval to the Unified Regulation for Graduate Studies in Universities according to the copy accompanied and attached to the Decision"
