تهدف هذه المادة إلى تدريب الطالب تدريباً عملياً على تطبيق القواعد والنظريات القانونية على الواقع من خلال طرح المشكلات المستوفية من الواقع العملي ، وخاصة في فروع القانون الأساسية مثل القانون المدني ، والقانون التجاري ، والقانون الإداري ، وقانون المرافعات ، والقانون الجنائي.

BL 491: Research & Training                              Pre. Req. : Completing 90 Units

The aim of studying this subject matter is to initiate  the general foundations and principles of scientific research by which it is essential to expose variable methods of scientific research in order to assist the students to carry out proposals of research in conformity with the formal and objective rules in composing researches, dissertations of master degree  and thesis of doctorate degree in the field of social and legal sciences.
