First aid measures at the location where the bite ttok place should be applied. This include application of a broad firm bandage to cover the biten area, immobilization of the patient and his transfer to the neaest medical treatment facility. tf there is evidence of systemic envenomation then prompt administration of an appropriate antivenin in sufficient quantity is made.
