Procedures of Academic Session

1. To fill in the Academic Session Form (under Forms).
2. To fill in the Visiting-Professor Form for all foreign participators.
3. To enclose a clear-cut passport photocopy.
4. To send up the given applications to the office of HE Vice-chancellor of Postgraduate Studies and Academic Research in three months prior to the specified or anticipated date.
5. To fill in the Academic Session Form firstly (within a minimal period of four months). Having obtained the requested approvals, it is essential to fill in the Visiting-Professor Forms for all foreign participators in three months prior to the given session's date.
