With praise be to Allah and peace and blessing be upon his Prophet Mohammad Ibn Abdullah, I am pleased today to say that this website of the Vice-chancellery of Postgraduate Studies and Academic Research will compete up the University's ambitions during this current phase in order that the University can take its portion of modern technology. The University is still longing for further affairs upon the guidance of Allah and the collaborated effort of the University's various sectors.
In this occasion, I congratulate all those working at the University for their Many Achievements in all various sectors, faculties and offices particularly in the field of information technology. I hope Allah that this website be a basic block for the sake of the University's progress and development.
In response to the ambitions of the top chancellery of the University in the usage of information technology and the honest wishes of all those working at this Vice-chancellery in the competition of the fast-growing technological progress as well as the generous support of HM King Abdullah Ibn AbdulAziz and HRH Crown Prince, we have been in charge with founding a website through which information is to be shared and interaction is to be attained. This pleasant leap is merely a step of well-planned progress toward information technology.
In more than one occasion, the good Chancellery of the University pointed out that among its goals is to move the University from paper-using into electronic-associated in reference to the "Paperless University" slogan. This goal was mainly drawn up by HE Chancellor of the University as both a slogan and an objective to be attained during the coming years upon the guidance of Allah and the effort of this University's cadres who have never failed and will never do in order to have this desired goal totally attained.
