Transfer from the Natural Sciences year

The mechanism and controls for transfer the students of the Natural Sciences year and transitional program. 

  • All students apply their transformation form in the definite times and according to (ODUS) system provided on line.
  • The student should choose from (8) options namely; engineering/science/environment designs/ computers and information technology/geology/marine sciences/ meteorology, environment and arid regions farming/community college (for students of transitional program). (College of Science and the College of Computers and Information Technology. Only for female students).
  • The student’s choices should comprise all faculties of science (science, computers and information technology, geology, marine sciences, and  meteorology) and community college (the students of transitional program)
  • After announcing the results of the second level exam, students are classified according to their preferences and average so that the one who achieves the highest average will be transformed and so forth and according to the available seats specified for each college putting into consideration that the student had successfully passed all subjects of the first year.
  • Concerning the students of the community college in the transitional program, whose accumulative averages were (2 and more), and who were not transformed to any college will be fixed in the community college provided that the subjects that they have studied in the community transitional program will be calculated for them.   

   Important notices and information:

 

  • Students of the natural sciences have to register all subjects of level 1 and level 2 in order to pass the introductory stage.
  • Transformation form must be presented to one of the scientific colleges in the definite time and according to (ODUS) system provided on line.
  • Those students who are not able pass in all subjects of level 1 and level 2 are not permitted to transform into any scientific college and they will be fixed in the colleges that have seats when possible.
