The
Permanent Committee for Scientific Promotion (PCSP) undertakes the
responsibility of processing applications for educational promotion that
are submitted by faculty members.
In processing such applications,
the Committee studies the applicant’s request under the
University’s submission policy.
It confirms the required submission period and number of research
papers necessary to support the application as per the rules and
regulation of the University.
The
activities of the Committee are as follows:
- Form
and re-form the scientific research work committees for evaluation.

Suggest
number of evaluators in accordance with the Resolution passed by the
Scientific Council to send the research work to fourth and final
evaluator if the Council has no channel to recommend any evaluator, or
any negative recommendation.
- Study
committee’s suggestion with regard to evaluation of the research
work.
