Jeddah was founded over 2000 years as a fishing village and attained importance when it was made a port for pilgrims coming from all over the world.

Jeddah is considered the second largest city after Riyadh , the capital of Saudi Arabia . It is hosted on the west coast of the Red Sea and considered the commercial capital of the Kingdom. The climate of Jeddah is hot and humid during the summer; however, it becomes drier and temperate in winter season.  Jeddah has many attractions such as:

  Landmarks
King Fahd’s Fountain is one of the major land marks of Jeddah which was build in 1980’s and listed in the Guinness Record as the highest fountain in the world. The water level can be seen from most of the areas of Jeddah and can reach 300 meters .
 Jeddah Municipality Tower is considered to be one of Jeddah’s highest skyscrapers.
Lamer Towers is a luxurious residential skyscraper of a height of 65 floors and expected to finish by 2010 .
