Participants will be accommodated in The Westin Jeddah, a landmark of culture and style in the country’s business capital. Guests will enjoy the convenient location on the North Corniche, not far from the airport.

  Visa Requirement

All participants other than citizens of the GCC countries are required to obtain Visas before coming to Saudi Arabia. The organizing committee can assist participants in obtaining visas. Participants who need visa assistance are required to send their short CVs, copies of passport and a digital photograph to email: ntsymposium@kau.edu.sa
