Dr Al-Zanbagi Becomes Associate Editor of International Journal of Health, Wellness & Society

Dr Najia Al-Zanbagi, Professor of Parasitology at the Biological Science Department, Faculty of Sciences, has joined the International Journal of Health, Wellness & Society, US, as an Associate Editor after refereeing a number of papers submitted to the Journal.

The great achievement was lauded by KAU President, HE Prof Osama S. Tayyeb, and Dr Abdullah Obaid, Dean of the Faculty of Sciences.

Dr Al-Zanbagi is currently the Deputy Director of the KAU Nanotechnology Center and the General Supervisor of the KAU Talented Center of the Deanship of Student' Affairs at the Girls' Campus.

Throughout her career, she scored various accolades, including the gold medal at the International Trade Fair for “Ideas-Inventions-New Products (iENA) held at Nuremberg Trade Fair Center, Germany, from October 28-31, 2010, and the silver medal and diploma certificates in the International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva for discovering a new treatment for the Toxoplasma gondii disease.
