As a part of the university's interest in the academic publishing, his Excellency the manager has assigned a committee in order to study the publishing of the scientific books and the university books This committee has reached a method which depends on item 46 in the unified list depends for the universities and was put under the name :
“Scientific services program”
This program includes the speed with which the academic books and prints are released before the beginning of the semester. it also includes the academic excellence that university's prints are distinguished with. In terms of design, revision, editing and printing qualities. This program grants students the reasonable price for the books and thus protects them against the high prices of the commercial libraries commercial, this program suffices the authors with suitable income from the books' sales.
