Abstract : In this research we review both Cluster Analysis (CA) methods and Discriminant Analysis (DA). A questionnaire was done and reviewed and a pilot study of 30 was done to check the reliability. A final sample of size 112 was collected and analyzed to check the respondents’ attitudes. As an application for Cluster Analysis, by applying three different procedures that can be used to cluster data, namely; Hierarchical cluster, K-means cluster and Two-step cluster. The main results obtain is that the resident area, the size of the dwelling, the presenting of factories in the quarter and smoking are mainly the variables affecting the clusters. The Discriminant analysis show that 56.9% of original grouped cases correctly classified and 57.1% of cross-validated grouped cases correctly classified.
