Admission to KAU graduate programmes to open October 29th

Admission to King Abdulaziz University graduate programmes for the academic year 2014-2015 is set to open on October 29^th until December 5^th, according to the Deanship of Graduate Studies.  

Successfully passing the General Aptitude Assessment Test conducted by the National Centre for Assessment in Higher Education (NCAHE) is an admission requirement for  all diploma, MA and PhD programmes, according to Adnan Al-Homaidan, Dean of Graduate Studies. 
 
English language is also a prerequisite for admission to all MA and doctoral degrees in general programmes, except the Arabic language and Islamic studies programmes, he added. 

 To satisfy the English language requirement, applicants should submit a certificate of successfully passing TOEFL, IELTS or any other recognized English proficiency certificate, he further added.
 
"The strong backing of KAU President, Prof Osama S. Tayyeb, and Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Prof Adnan Zahed, has enabled us to contribute to the enrichment of science and human knowledge", he also said.
