One of these is the technology of Electronic Administration which enables several institutions to process its documents and to control its huge paper inventory. In addition, work flow with this technology has witnessed many developments that enabled institutions to perform its work in a better way. As successful institutions are those who can acquire data – regardless of its nature or way of storage – and providing decision makers with accuracy and fastness in order to set policies and support decision making. King Abdel Aziz University is keen to develop with

technology world in order to improve and reduce the time administrative services consume with its associates and to increase productivity rate and to maintain accuracy in applying regulations, rules and instructions. Department of developing electronic Administration systems was established with a vision to optimize the infrastructure of the automatic computer networks at the University and the technological and technical capabilities to serve the development of the University systems electronically. It includes the shifting from the traditional Administration that depends on paper transactions handled manually to the electronic Administration using advanced technologies for the University associates through internet and archiving and insuring transactions. It aims at providing administrative services for the University associates through internet or reengineering the administrative procedures in order to optimize human energies through developing and simplifying administrative work steps by setting systems and reducing paper transactions such as files or documents and to avoid searching for such. Further acquiring it manually and to avoid repeated information that it contains or being stored in different places and other. This is in cooperation with the University different sectors.
