What is it?
King Abdulaziz University offers opportunities for students to transform from one college to another according to the prerequisites of each college the student wants to transform into and after taking two academic semesters of the original college.

The following explains the way of carrying out the transformation.

First:
The general requirement for transfer between the colleges:
1) The student’s accumulative average must not be less than (3 out 5).
2) Transformation process can be done once (i.e. the student didn’t transform to between the two systems before).
3) Transformation process should meet prerequisites of the college that the student want to transform into.
4) The student didn’t study more than the half of the graduation requirements.
5) The student doesn’t have any punitive disciplinary in his/her university file.

Second:
Transfer Requirement from the scientific colleges to the College of Engineering
1) The student’s accumulative average must not be less than (3 out 5).
2) Transformation process can be done once (i.e. the student didn’t transform to between the two systems before).
3) Transformation process should meet prerequisites of the college that the student want to transform into.
4) The student didn’t study more than the half of the graduation requirements.
5) The student doesn’t have any punitive disciplinary in his/her university file.

Third
Transfer requirement to the health colleges to the (College of Medicine, College of Dentistry, or College of Pharmacy)
1) The one who wants to transform to one these colleges must be a student in one of the health colleges.

Fourth
Transfer requirement to the College of Applied Sciences
1) The one who want to transform must be a student in one of the health colleges
2) His/her total average in the general secondary certificate must not be less than (85%).
3) Transformation process should be carried out according to the capacity of the college that the student wants to transform into.

Fifth:
Special prerequisites of transforming from one college to another (For students who study according to the affiliation system.
1) The student must meet the requirement that he/she wants to transform into.
2) Transformation process can be done once (i.e. the student didn’t transform to between the two systems before).
3) The student didn’t study more than the half of the graduation requirements.

Sixth:
Transfer mechanism:
1) The student applies through filling the transformation form provided on line on the university web site.
2) Following up the form according to the specified date shown in the revision ticket.
