MOU Signed between Faculty of Computing and Information Technology and EMC

A memorandum of understanding was signed Sunday between the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology and EMC Corporation, an American multinational corporation headquartered in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, United States.

EMC offers data storage, information security, virtualisation, analytics, cloud computing and other products and services that enable businesses to store, manage, protect and analyze data.

The conclusion of the MOU is anticipated to significantly advance collaboration between the two institutions, including giving KAU researchers free open access to EMS's materials, according to Dr Abdulrahman H. Altalhi, the faculty's dean.
