Theatre Club members recognised by KAU President

As a mark of honour, Prof Osama S. Tayyeb, KAU President, received at his office members of the KAU Theatre Club, winners of the Fez Festival of University Theatre hosted recently by the historic city of Fez, Morocco.
The meeting was attended by Prof Abdullah Mohorji, KAU Vice President, Prof Abdelmonem Alhayani, Dean of Students' Affairs, Dr Masoud Al-Qahtani, Vice Dean of Students' Affairs for Social and Cultural Activities, and Dr Abdullah Ba Hattab, Director of the Sports Clubs.
The festival organises an official competition between university plays along with meetings with artists and theatre workshops supervised by specialists.
The festival also holds a theatre forum where critics and artists can debate issues related to theatre.
