The Institute of graduate educational studies celebrate its first graduation class

Under the patronage of HE Prof. Abdulrahman Al Youbi, KAU president, the Institute of Graduate Educational Studies (IGES) celebrated the graduation of its first class  of MA students totaling 76 graduates for academic year 2015/2016 on Tuesday May 3rd, 2016 at King Faysal Conference Center.


The ceremony started with a recitation from the holly Quran. Then Mr. Mohamed Abdullah Al Zahrani delivered the graduate allocution in which he congratulated the graduates and praised their struggle in acquiring knowledge.


Then HE the IGES Dean, Dr. Saeed Al Afendi delivered a speech in which he congratulated the graduates and wished them a continuation in their knowledge quest and research towards the Ph. D. Then he addressed the audience in his speech for the retirees among faculty members saying: "it is indeed a life paradox to witness at these moments a generation of doctors getting ready to take a rest after a long trip of struggle and work during which they delivered their knowledge to the others and a young generation getting ready to take over and carry on the march".

Then HE KAU president delivered an address in which he congratulated the IGES graduates and urged them for more hard work in serving the country and thanking the IGES staff for their efforts towards the graduation of these students.
