Faculty of Meteorology, Environment and Arid Land Agriculture acquires IMS

This recognition was granted after demonstrating strict compliance with the IMS standards.

Vice President for Development, Professor Abdul- Fattah Mashat, expressed his sheer delight with the achievement and offered his sincere congratulations to the faculty's leadership and staff on the new recognition.

"The achievement bears witness to the earnest efforts made by the Faculty's staff in line with a self-assessment policy aimed at improving the quality of services and meeting international standards and performance criteria", said Prof Mashat.

The Integrated Management System (IMS) integrates the management systems for quality, environment and safety to create a new overall management system, in which the processes, interfaces, structures and documentation systems of the individual systems are combined into a standard system, enabling an organisation to work as a single unit with unified objectives.
