Minister of Labour lectures at KAU
 Third phase of Nitaqat Saudization program will be implemented on April 20 with advanced systems to create more jobs for citizens in the private sector, said Labour Minister Adel Fakeih, Thursday, in a lecture at KAU.

The lecture is part of a series of academic events organised by the Faculty of Economics and Administration.

Addressing students and staff at King Abdulaziz University, he said his ministry was studying along with the Minister of Interior prospects of imposing the punishment of forgery on people involved in illegal cover-up business activity.

He also added that the Nitaqat helped employ 750,000 Saudis in the private until the end of the Hijrah year 1435, showing 15.6% rise in Saudization. 

He estimated the number of jobseekers among Saudi men and women at 650,000.

Meanwhile, the Passport Department has launched a new Abshir service that allows an employer to change passport number of his expat worker.
